EVA Car Mats Ireland is a business registered in the Republic of Ireland, operating from Sallins, Co. Kildare. We provide custom EVA car mats, seat covers, and window tinting services to consumers and businesses across Ireland.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and comply with applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

3. Our Services

We offer:

• Custom-made EVA car mats, individually measured and produced per vehicle
• Custom seat covers tailored to your vehicle specifications
• Professional car window tinting, installed in our studio in Sallins, Co. Kildare

All products are made to order and customised to your specific requirements.

4. Ordering and Quotes

• All quotes provided are indicative and subject to confirmation based on your vehicle specifications
• A final written quote will be provided before any work begins or materials are cut
• Orders are confirmed only upon your explicit approval of the final quote
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order
• We do not store or process payment card details through this website
• Fleet and repeat-order discounts are applied at our discretion and confirmed in writing

6. Right of Withdrawal — Custom Orders

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.

As all our mats, seat covers, and tinting are custom-made to your vehicle and preferences, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We will inform you clearly before production starts.

7. Measuring and Appointments

• If your vehicle measurements are not already held on file, you will be invited to visit our studio for measuring
• Measuring appointments take approximately 40–60 minutes for standard 5 and 7-seat cars, and 1.5–2 hours for vans with 8–9 seats
• Missed appointments without notice may result in rescheduling delays

8. Warranties and Defects

• All products are quality-checked before delivery or collection
• If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your confirmed order, contact us within 7 days of receipt
• We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in line with your rights under Irish and EU consumer law
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modification, or normal wear and tear

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, EVA Car Mats Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of EVA Car Mats Ireland. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
