EVA — ethylene-vinyl acetate — is a closed-cell foam laminate. The material is hydrophobic, lightweight, dimensionally stable and odour-neutral. It's the same family of foam used in marine, aviation and orthotic applications.
We bond two layers — a textured wear layer over a romb (diamond) base — so the mat absorbs impact, traps debris in the cells, and presents a clean, even surface back to the cabin. No carpet to soak, no rubber to crack, no smell to develop.
Every cut-out, foot-rest and console pass is mapped to your specific vehicle floorpan.
Water sits on top, mud rests in the cells, neither penetrates the surface or the carpet beneath.
Secured with velcro and clips. If your car has factory floor clips, we use them — if not, we fit them. Your mats stay firmly in place.
